We are unable to provide treatment if you:

    •    Have allergies that may be triggered by our hair products or ingredients

    •    Currently have hair extensions or have recently had a keratin treatment

    •    Are pregnant

Product Sensitivities

While we use high-quality, natural products, if you have known scalp sensitivities, we may not be able to proceed with the treatment. Please inform your therapist prior to the service so we can assess your suitability.

Environment Notice

This is an express service, and although we strive to maintain a calm and private atmosphere, please note that other clients may occasionally be present in the treatment room.
