What can I engrave?
You can engrave initials, names, dates, short quotes, coordinates, symbols, or anything meaningful, as long as it fits within our character limit.
Can I bring in my own jewelry to engrave?
Right now, we only engrave jewellery purchased from Hey Tilly to ensure quality and material compatibility.
How many characters can I include?
It depends on the piece, but most items can fit between 8–20 characters. We'll confirm this during your appointment.
Can I walk in or do I need to book?
Appointments are essential to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome if we have availability, but we recommend booking to avoid missing out.
How long does the engraving take?
Engraving is done on the spot and usually takes around 15–30 minutes, depending on the design and item.
Can I preview how the engraving will look before it’s done?
Yes! During your appointment, we’ll show you a digital or written mock-up so you can approve the font, spelling, and layout before we begin engraving.
