Order before 12pm and we'll pack and send it the same day. This runs Monday to Friday, any weekend orders get packed and sent the following Monday.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150, arriving in 2 to 8 days.

Under $150, standard shipping is $10, same 2 to 8 day window.

Need it quicker? Express is $15 and arrives in 1 to 3 days.
CARE

All metals soften and change over time, gold filled and sterling silver included, but a few simple habits keep your pieces looking their best for years.

Avoid oils, perfume and detergents where you can, and take pieces off before exercising, showering, or a hot bath or sauna. Casual water contact is fine, just give your jewellery a quick clean afterwards.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or oils, and store each piece separately, its original pouch is perfect, to avoid scratches and tarnish.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We believe in being upfront about what you're wearing. 14k Gold Filled: sourced from the USA, made to the US gold filled standard. 925 Sterling Silver: sourced from the USA and China. Findings (clasps, jump rings, chain components): sourced from the USA.
RETURN POLICY

Change your mind on a full priced item? Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll sort a refund, exchange or store credit.

Items need to be unused, in original condition and returned in their original packaging.

Earrings, engraved pieces, gift cards and sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges, thanks to hygiene and customisation.

Warranty

Every piece is covered by a 90 day warranty for manufacturing faults. If something's not right, email info@heytilly.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out.
