What can I engrave?
You can engrave initials, names, dates, short quotes, coordinates, symbols, or anything meaningful, as long as it fits within our character limit.
Can I bring in my own jewelry to engrave?
Right now, we only engrave jewellery purchased from Hey Tilly to ensure quality and material compatibility.
How many characters can I include?
It depends on the piece, but most items can fit between 8โ20 characters. We'll confirm this during your appointment.
Can I walk in or do I need to book?
Appointments are essential to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome if we have availability, but we recommend booking to avoid missing out.
How long does the engraving take?
Engraving is done on the spot and usually takes around 15โ30 minutes, depending on the design and item.
Can I preview how the engraving will look before itโs done?
Yes! During your appointment, weโll show you a digital or written mock-up so you can approve the font, spelling, and layout before we begin engraving.
