Click and collect is available from our Darby Street store. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on full-priced items if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned in original packaging. Once approved, you may choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.
Please note that earrings, engraved items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and customisation reasons.
Warranty
All items are covered by a 90-day warranty for manufacturing faults only. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@heytilly.com.au with your order number and details.
